Pros: very inexpensive.

Cons: Sizing (size down at least one size). I wear a medium in most cycling clothing brands, and this jersey was huge, can't use the rear pockets as any weight stretches the fabric down past my shorts.
The zipper guard gets stuck constantly in the zipper.
The white piping is not reflective, very little reflective elements at all (I think the logos are, but that's it)

This jersey does what its supposed it. It fits well and doesn't itch. I'm completely comfortable while I ride. Arms are a little too long but manageable.
